Hi, I’m Kai Bowden — a certified Pilates Reformer maintenance technician dedicated to helping studios keep their equipment in peak condition. From repairs and assembly to deep cleaning and regular maintenance, I make sure your reformers are safe, smooth, and studio-ready.
Originally from California, I spent several years living in Hawaii before recently settling in sunny Florida. My journey into the world of Pilates began when my girlfriend became a full-time instructor. Watching her passion for the practice inspired me to give it a try — and it changed my life. After years of struggling with chronic lower back pain, Pilates gave me real relief and a new appreciation for movement and wellness.
